Make An Appointment

All patients are seen on an appointment basis, and we ask that you call in advance to allow us to reserve time especially for you. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. When calling for an appointment, the patient coordinator will ask you about any pertinent medical problems to allow for the most effective scheduling appointment.

Most initial appointments will consist of a through medical, dental and periodontal examination and taking pertinent radiographs. If your dentist has current radiographs please let us know so that we may request them for your initial appointment. Periodontal evaluation, diagnosis and the formation of a personalized treatment plan is determined from a detailed analysis of your specific case. Rarely is periodontal treatment provided on the initial visit unless there is an emergency or acute situation.
