Drs. Johnson and Jaynes offer convenient hours Monday through Friday to assist you with your dental needs. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the consultation and treatment appointments.
Please notify the office if you have a medical condition or concern prior to treatment (e.g. artificial heart valves or joints, heart murmurs requiring pre-medication, severe diabetes, or hypertension.)
Our office goes to great lengths to make your visit with us as comfortable and convenient as possible.
We take our responsibility to protect our patients from infections diseases seriously. Our extensive sterilization procedures exceed those recommended by the American Dental Association and Centers for Disease Control. We wear disposable masks and gloves, use disposable items in the clinical area whenever possible. In addition, we wipe down every piece of equipment with antibacterial solution after each patient. We sterilize our reusable instruments in an autoclave.
Each patient has different needs when it comes to comfort. Depending on the procedure, your needs and your comfort level, we can prescribe any of the following medications:
Digital RadiographyDigital x-rays allow us to diagnose and treat periodontal disease. Radiation exposure is 90% less than that of traditional x-rays, and images are available for immediate viewing.
If you have dental insurance, you must realize that your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. Our staff will be happy to discuss all insurance details with you at your appointment.
AS A COURTESY, we will submit insurance for you; however, we will not take assignment, and you will be responsible for payment at the time of services rendered.

In the event of inclement weather, our office follows the decision of the Plano Independent School District as to whether our office will close. If Plano closes their schools, our office will be closed as well.
